Change of mind
We all occasionally change our mind! We will happily accept returns on purchases with the exclusion of patterns / books, sale items or where specifically stated. Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. All returned products must be returned unused, in original packaging, in the same condition as sold, and in saleable condition. Please note that you will need to cover all return postage costs in these circumstances.
When returning products which are not faulty, contact us via email as soon as possible, as they must be returned to us within 3 weeks of you receiving your order. You will be given details of where to return the products. Please return the products by registered post, as where products are not received we will assume they have not been returned. Ensure all products are well packaged so they are not damaged in the post. You are responsible for delivering returned products securely and in good condition, back to us.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty please contact us via email as soon as possible and preferably within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you or a refund as soon as possible upon return of the faulty item. If a product is no longer available, we will need to provide a refund. Please allow up to 14 days to process all refunds. We will cover postage costs in these circumstances.
